Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Must include original packaging, tags, and accessories
  • Proof of purchase is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return process

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

If approved:

  • We will provide return instructions
  • Return shipping fees may apply unless the issue is due to our error

Mandatory unboxing video (Required for claims)

For any claim related to damaged, defective, or incorrect items, a full unboxing video is required.

Requirements:

  • Must start before the package is opened
  • Show shipping label and sealed package
  • Continuous recording (no cuts/edits)
  • Clearly show product condition immediately after opening

We reserve the right to deny claims without valid video evidence.

Damages, defects, and incorrect items

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery for any of these issues.

We will evaluate based on:

  • Video evidence
  • Order details
  • Product condition

If approved, we may offer:

  • Replacement
  • Partial refund
  • Full refund

Non-returnable situations

We do NOT accept returns if:

  • Product has been used, altered, or damaged by customer
  • No valid proof of purchase
  • No valid unboxing video (for damage claims)
  • Return request is made after 30 days
  • Product is returned without authorization

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards, gift code.

Anti-fraud & abuse policy

To protect against misuse:

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to customers with excessive returns or suspicious activity
  • We may limit or reject returns that show patterns of abuse
  • False claims may result in account restriction or permanent refusal of service

Chargebacks & payment disputes

Before initiating a chargeback, please contact us first.

If a chargeback is filed:

  • We will provide all evidence (order confirmation, tracking, video requirements, communication logs) to the payment provider
  • Fraudulent disputes may result in permanent account restriction

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
